What if your child could receive a message directly from Santa himself? Imagine their sparkling eyes and gasps of delight! For over a decade, Portable North Pole (PNP) has been making this dream a reality for millions of families worldwide, delivering personalized video messages and calls straight from Santa’s village. It’s more than just a website; it’s a beloved Christmas tradition that brings genuine magic to children and adults alike.
Since its launch in 2008, PNP has enchanted hearts across 120 countries, with over 200 million personalized video messages viewed by Santa fans. Available in English, French, Spanish, and Italian, PNP transcends language barriers to spread joy globally. And here’s a little secret: it’s not just for kids! Adults can get in on the fun too, receiving their own special messages from the big man in red.
Creating Unforgettable Moments: How Portable North Pole Works

The magic of PNP is incredibly easy to create. In just minutes, you can craft a truly unique and personalized message from Santa for your loved ones. Here’s how:
- Visit the PNP website or download the mobile app: Available on iOS and Android, the app is compatible with most Apple and Android devices. Don’t worry about little ones accidentally stumbling into parent settings – it’s password-protected!
- Choose your video or call scenario: With over 20 different options, there’s a perfect scenario for every child and even three unique choices for adults.
- Personalize the message: This is where the real magic happens! Answer a few basic questions like name, gender, and age. Then, upload photos of different events, mention a specific gift they’re asking for, or highlight their birthday or favorite toy. Santa will actually speak their name and incorporate these details, making the message incredibly personal and believable.
The result? A truly magical moment that will leave your child beaming with wonder. You can even download your personalized videos in stunning 1080 HD to create cherished Christmas keepsakes that will last a lifetime.

Portable North Pole has truly become a cherished tradition in our home. I’ve been using it for the past four years, and each year, it adds something truly special to our Christmas preparations. The genuine surprise and delight on my children’s faces when Santa speaks directly to them, mentioning details only they would know, is absolutely priceless. This year is no exception – the new features only deepen the enchantment.
Making a Difference, One Smile at a Time
