Some Bunny’s Hiding offers two versions of play. For more adolescent children, players take turns choosing a bunny in hopes that the disc on the bottom matches their color collection discs. The first player to collect all three of their matching bunnies wins the game.
For older Children the game board features different colors around each hole. Like in the more adolescent version you hide the bunnies in the holes around the game board without looking at the colored discs on the bottom. Each player receives three colored discs. Players role the die on their turn and take a bunny that sits in the color shown on the game board. If the hole is empty, you can take any bunny. If the die shows a carrot, you take any bunny from the game board and show it to other players. If the bunny doesn’t match the color of your disc, you place him back
Our daughter who is five can play both versions although she prefers playing the easier version of the game. Older kids may consider the game to be too easy to play, and therefore, not challenging enough.
The game does move along very quickly, therefore making it the perfect game to play while Easter dinner is cooking or after Easter dinner clean up is over.
