Camera Roll Game

How do you play the camera roll game?

Do you ever have those days where you spend a lot of your time scrolling through your photos? I know I do. What if I told you that scrolling through your photos could help you win a game and bragging rights? I’d like to take a moment and tell you about a game I’ve recently tried. It’s called Camera Roll from Endless Games. The camera roll game is super easy to learn and play and it’s so much fun!

Camera roll game

Camera roll gameThe game comes in a cute little box that is pleasing to the eye. There are 238 subject cards and 50 search-up cards. They all came individually packaged so it was easy to sort the different categories. It also includes a 39-second timer, a score card, and a dry-erase marker. The setup is super easy and there is not much to it. You put the cards in the center of the table and the person that owns the game starts out as the “boss”.

The whole point of the game is to take turns being a leader and pulling a card from the deck and reading out loud to the rest of the players. The card could read anything from “search up: you’re kidding”, or “someone eating”. From there your set the timer and scroll through your photos (or search online) to find the best corresponding photo. It could be as funny, crude, sad, or inappropriate as you want. The boss then gets to be the judge. All players show their answers and the person with the leader favorite wins that round.

Personally, after a long or stressful day, having a game night to pass the time and take away some of the day’s tensions, is the only medicine I need. This game is always my go-to now just because it can be played as PG as you want. If you want to get a little raunchy and have some laughs, you can. If you want to play this with your family, you can. Scrolling through my photos brings me back to before life got so scary with covid and restrictions. It has become my happy place. It is a great way to relive fond or funny memories you have with others. I enjoyed this game and if you’re looking for a new game, I would definitely recommend this one.

  1. It’s the perfect game for my teenage daughter. She’s 14. Especially during stay at home or social distance, the game is perfect. She goes on FaceTime with her friends and she holds up a card and all the girls scroll through looking for a pic in their camera roll on their phone. I hear them laughing hysterically.
