Excellent information. It corresponds directly with my recent experience. I've had about a dozen listings on marketplace for about 3 months. Most likely irrelevant, but I put my postings on vacation hold for about a month, and turned the hold off a couple of weeks ago. All the posts became active again.

I recently changed the price on one of my posts, and got the warning that there was suspicious activity (however it was not suspicious, and it was my activity) and that I needed to verify my ID. I changed two more prices and the same thing happened. For postings that I haven't changed the price on recently, remain active.

I've sold a number of items on marketplace, and I've never had any issues with buyers being unhappy. Locking people out of marketplace for no good reason seems to harm the greater Facebook community. This policy will drive people further to craigslist and other online selling sites (eBay, and item specific selling sites).
