Ryan I encourage you to reach out to the company again and I’m not sure what you meant by turn the scooter on? The Primo scooter does not turn on. It does not have an on option. It is a manual scooter. My daughter has owned two of these scooters and has had no issues.

He’s only half the maximum weight requirement but when he turns on the scooter it scraps on the ground. He can’t go over anything higher than 1cm without the deck dragging on the ground. We’ve had this scooter for 3 weeks and it looks like it will fall apart in the next few weeks.
