arent people without membership allowed to submit poems and stories?

By membership do you mean premium membership? Or just a normal one? People have to have a normal membership to post anything on the site, but you do not need premium, that allows you to edit your stories/poems.

yes but i guess theres some sort of bug that is displaying wrong info!

Through "submit poem" link,I encountered an error. the link directed me to a page that said get a premium membership and its advantages and $5.00 a year etc by today's woman.
after little research and the forum reply i came to know its some sort of bug that has spoiled the link.
i signed in twice i guess that day,due to which i got to submit my poetry.Else the bug was quite persistent to deviate me!
Another day i encountered a bug on the forum while opening one of the topics. it said "the topic is no longer available".
of course it was a wrong info and was meant to misguide.But surely it could not keep me from posting  All thanks to the HELP DESK
Dear Rose, Please help me out on it, because its not only creating problems on the site but also hindering the users to post anything on it!
