There are no perfect children! I hate it when people tell me that their kids didn't do anything bad. . . The memory is kind and sometimes airbrushes out things that are cosmetically unattractive!

There are not perfect children because we as adults are not perfect. I too have met those who act like their children could do no wrong.

It's true there are no perfect children, but we love them and through that love and commitment in raising them we hope that they will become better as they grow.

It is also true that there are no perfect parents, but it is terribly sad to see a child whose parents think their child is worthless and engrains that into their young mind. I've seen so much of that in poems I've read.

Is there really such thing as perfect, as a teenager myself I believe we try so hard to be perfect to make everyone proud. Everyone wishes at one point or another that they can be perfect but there is no such thing.

I am not too annoyed when people say their kids are good. However, when they deny them doing anything bad, and try to blindly stand by the side of their child even when evidence of their misgivings are thrown right before them, I see there being a problem. No one is perfect, as noted before. Also, everyone should be held accountable for what they do, plus need to be shown the mercy of being able to reform.

Sincerely,
