| My name is Vivienne. I went to a high school for the arts as a creative writer, but I felt that when I went to college I would probably study other things. It never occurred to me that the university I wanted end up at (chosen for its science program, not its English department) wouldn't offer a single lousy writing course. I hope that belonging to a writing community like this will be a way to bring reading and sharing new work back into my life! |

Hi and welcome to TW Vivienne, I'm sure you will find plenty here to satisfy your creative outlet, there must be some other universities offering what you would like to study, though disappointing when you can't get the course you want where you want. Looking forward to reading your work.
