biggest struggle- grammar/ sentence structure

Biggest strength - has been being Writer of the month" gave me the confidence to believe in myself.
Biggest struggle - patience, sometimes in my excitement at having written, I could benefit from just waiting a while, editing, thinking etc. |

My biggest strength ...... objective description
My biggest weekness.....writing natural sounding narrative and getting inside the head of my h/h; hope to improve with practise here.

Weakness: Keeping the theme consistant and making the peripheral characters Real.

Strength: being creative and knowing characters and my story from beginning, middle to the end on anything I write. I have never had writer's block.
Weaknesses: I have problems with too much description, I think. Trouble with was and were.
Is there direction for this on this site?

Strength: Writing dialogue. I just write like I'm the one speaking it.
Weakness: Writing a book. Scares me to death!
