I was just wondering if any writers here have been published through Publish America and what has been your experience to date. Have you gotten out of your contract? If your contract was terminated and the rights were returned to you, did Publish America continue to sell your book? Were you happy with the royalties that you received? _________________ Rose DesRochers World Outside My Window|

Yes, Rose, my poetry book, You'll Learn to Love Me, is published with Publish America since last year. I'm still in the contract with them. I am very happy and satisfied with them. I don't have any complaints. Yes, I am happy with the royalties that I got with them.
My experiences with them has been all positive.

Yes, I too have my poetry book through Publish America. I am happy with my book. The no cost to me was a real plus, as I don't have the money. I have a childrens book (My second book, rhyming) coming out "Brokenwing the Faerie", which I paid $1300 and it broke me. The prices vary, but it is hard to pay for a book to be published these days. Publish America's royalties suck, but I didn't do it to make money, I wrote it for friends and family. Leslie. _________________ Poetry for me, is an amazing journey of life. |

| Yes, my book Stand Again, Oh Weary Soul was published through PublishAmerica. I didn't have any issues with them during the production period, and I really love the look and feel of my book. I have just started on my journey, so I don't know about the royalties yet. The only thing I wonder about is the high price of my book. I am aware of all that's said, good and bad, about PublishAmerica but I am liking them so far. |
