Thank you all. It was a surprise and an honor. A writer hopes to touch a heart or soul; perhaps lead the reader down an unfamiliar , hopefully pleasant, road. It is very gratifying to know my words were read and accepted with such grace. Thanks!

Congratulations!
I have read some of your works and enjoyed what I have read. You deserved the honor. :-) I just wish I had more time to read everything, so do not be discouraged if people like me do not comment all the time. I try to read as much as I can, though! And again, what I have read thus far was worthy of you being writer of the month!
