There is this guy Pankaj Saini who has taken material from my blog and several other blogs(even a missing kids site) and included it in the source code of his teen porn domain. When you type my name into a search his teen porn site comes up. I'm asking all bloggers if they be willing to write a post using my name Rose DesRochers to push his blog back in the search engines. Well Pankaj Saini did it to me again. He has now taken my material from “Rose DesRochers on Internet Safety a Parental Obligation: It's your Duty to Protect your Children” and included it on Teeny Bopper Club Blacktits -another of his teen porn sites. This time I have the trackback post from my comment section. Something needs to be done about this guy. I wonder just how many domains he owns?

EzineArticle Author Pankaj Saini was infringing upon the copyright of several authors by scraping their content for his teen porn website.
Jonathan Bailey, who runs Plagiarism Today knows all about splogging. Jonathon looked into this for me, but had little luck in tracking down the actual host.
My husband Shawn however was able to get in touch with someone who could take action in getting my content removed from these teen porn sites. Shawn spoke to Dan Depina, the admin of one of the DNS servers where my infringed upon work was published. Shawn spoke to Mr. Depina via telephone. Dan was very helpful. He even called Shawn back.
Dan Depina contacted an administrator of one of the porn affiliate programs who contacted Mr. Pankaj Saini on our behalf. Dan Depina explained to Shawn that Mr. Pankaj Saini did not own these teen porn domains.
Mr. Pankaj Saini is a sponsor of a porn affiliate program. He earns revenue by driving traffic to the domains. Mr. Dan Depina has informed my husband that if Mr. Pankaj Saini does not comply with the legal request by us, that they will ban him from using any of their services in the future.
Jonathon too was very helpful by providing me with a Sample DMCA Notification of Infringement Letter to send to the domain registrar.
Pankaj Saini has sent me by email a formal apology. He has removed all of my content from the websites.
This is a reply he sent to an email that was sent by one of the porn affiliate programs.
Panka Saini says, “The fault is entirely mine and I take the full responsibility. For an excuse, let me explain what caused this fault. I put some blogs on automation using blog automation softwares some weeks ago as a tryout. And then forgot all about them until I received this email.
I don’t believe Panka Saini. I had sent several cease and desist to Panka Saini in which he just ignored. It was not until the affiliate program contacted him on our behalf did he reply.
In my opinion Pankaj Saini found the porn industry to be an easy way to make money. I believe that he knew all along what he was doing. After all he is an SEO guru who was using black-hat SEO tactics to get search engine traffic and at the same time he was infringing upon the rights of many authors.

At CyberTipline.org one can report websites in which trick minors into viewing pornographic and obscene materials. It is a crime to knowingly use a misleading domain name to deceive children into viewing content that is offensive and harmful to minors. Anyone doing so could be looking at spending four years in prison if convicted.
As you all know Pankaj Saini was taking RSS feeds from all across the Web, using software to find articles with the keywords he needed and posting them to his teen porn site. Upon a search to find out more information about this man, I learned that he owned several sub domain names that might be misleading to teens and children. Because these domains come up when you search for things like teen depression, teen suicide, teen makeup, teen pregnancy, teen fashion, teen relationships, teen forum and what not, a teen or child could easily click on the web address and instead of being taken to something appropriate, they would be taken to a website containing teen porn.
Individuals are encouraged to report misleading domain names to http://cybertip.org .
