    PoeticallySpeaking.net  is back and will open with a new issue during National Poetry Month in April. We are looking for poetry, painted art and photography to feature in the upcoming issue. If you remember the old Poetically Speaking, this new version will be even better.     The PSM International Poetry Contest 2005 is open to poets across the globe. Entries must be accompanied with a check or money order payable to Poetry Society of Michigan and mailed to PSM Contest Coordinator, Liberty R. O. Daniels, 1152 East Canfield Street, Detroit, Michigan 48207. Deadline is Monday, August 1, 2005. Winners will be selected and notified by Wednesday, August 31, 2005. Winning poems will be published in a fall edition. Prizes are $75, $50, and $25 for first, second, and third place in the Category 1-Premier, and $25, $20, and $15 for first, second, and third place in all other categories.     Quintessence, a new zine launching in April, is looking for writers of flash fiction (under 1,000 words), short stories
