May 11th, 2012Kellogg’s Special K Cracker Chips Addiction

There are many ways to lose a few extra pounds without making drastic changes. One way is to get active.
Summer months are the perfect time to get moving. An evening stroll around the neighborhood with the family dog can provide many health benefits, including weight loss.
Put down the soda, and potato chips and make a healthy switch to Special K cracker chips from Kellogg. The hybrid snacks combine the texture of a cracker with the light crunchiness of a chip. Available in three flavors: Original, Cheddar and Sour Cream & Onion. This savory snack is trans-fat free, low in saturated fat, with no artificial flavors or colours. The best thing: There are only 80 calories per 18 lightly-seasoned, crunchy cracker chips where most brands of potato chips contain almost 200 calories per 18 chips.
I have tried all three flavors, before I was ever sent the flavors to sample and I am absolutely hooked. My favorite flavor being cheedar. Even my son and husband are hooked. A real funny thing is that I was at my hair dressers two weeks ago and even she was munching on Kellogg’s Cracker chips. If you’re watching your weight or counting calories, this may be an option for that evening snack. I warn you though, after a couple chips you’ll be addicted. It’s hard to stop at just 18.
