Dealing with short-term memory loss

The older you are, the more life changes can affect your memory. Though I am only in my 40′s I constantly forget things. It is said that writing things down helps improve your memory. Every one of us has experienced the agony of forgetting something and no matter how much we try, we simply can’t remember.

With that said, the best thing we can do is be prepared at all times by keeping a notepad and pen close by. I have been out shopping numerous times wishing I had a notebook and pen in my purse to jot down phone numbers, things I have Flip Style Leather Jotter with Pad and Penseen etc.
