William Shakespeare

William Shakespeare (26 April 1564 – 23 April 1616) was an English poet and playwright, widely regarded as the greatest writer in the English language and the world’s pre-eminent dramatist. While I could never see William Shakespear writing this shit writes itself I do wonder if he had the ego portrayed in this shirt from Headline shirts. For the university student majoring in English or for  anyone with a wide interest in literature the William Shakespeare’s Lost Sonnet is perfect.

After 30 years,  last April King Tut  returned to Toronto’s Art Gallery of Ontario. The exhibit features 130 pieces from the tomb of Tut and other ancient rulers, however I am pretty sure Shutter Shades ( Kanye  glasses) were not among the item found in the tomb . According to Headline Shirts the long-lost glasses were unearthed by a team of explorers in 2005.

I am pretty sure  the equestrian portrait of Napoleon Bonaparte painted by the French artist Jacques-Louis David between 1801 and 1805 featured Napoleon riding a horse, not a beach cruiser, but then I could be wrong. For the university student like my son whose bike  is their main mode of transportation then this shirt might be perfect.

For the student who appreciates both art and music the Da Vinci Rock Man from Headline Shirts may just be the shirt for them. Leonardo Da Vinci is widely considered to be one of the greatest painters of all times and perhaps the most diversely talented person ever to have lived. Vitruvian Man is perhaps Leonardo da Vinci’s most famous illustration where he uses both image and text to express the ideas and theories of Vitruvius, a first century Roman architect . The DaVinci Vitruvian Rock Man  t-shirt from Headline Shirts is based on the drawing by Leonardo da Vinci.  The Da Vinci Rock Man t-shirt is available on Headline Shirts for $24.

We found the shirts to be true to size. The cotton is very soft and the shirts not only look good, but they feel amazing. I can tell the creators of Headline Shirts have a great sense of humor as the handling instructions on the t-shirt are very amusing. They are as follows: Wash Cold, No Bleach, Dry Low, Remove Before Washing and Wear Pants.  The Vintageblend™ tees are hand-sewn in San Francisco, CA, using a super-soft, poly/cotton blend. Headline Shirts use only Eco-friendly inks and materials right down to the compostible bags they ship them in.” So you can buy Headline Shirts knowing not only are you helping your public image, but the environment too!

Headline t-shirts come in both men’s and women’s styles and some designs are available for children as well.  The hardest part is choosing which shirt to purchase.
